Just couple days ago, I got the result from the test that I did it  weeks ago, it's not bad , 83 total for 10 sections, it's the best one I did for past three years. Actually, when I turned in the answer sheet, I felt I did pretty good, I was predict I could get score around 89 something, in fact, it's pretty close with what I thought.

The bed thing was I got trouble on the job, made a technical mistake when I was in school, it probably happened when I was concentrate on the coming test, so when I needed to sign a file before I going to school , I wasn't think that much , and did in  wrong. I got warnning  from senior members and lost the chance going to Japan. I had called my dad, he's pretty happy, he doesn't want his son living  that far away from home.

Life is not  garantee with what you have in your future, we have to stand by and stand by, school is kind of prepare for something bed happen, we do need a backup plan , I hope I will have the other destination really soon to know where I need heading  to . Washington D.C maybe , I don't mind , a new state, a little bit cold at winter time, cool, I haven't been there, at least, I can see snows at the Christmas Day, I have been stayed in  warm place too long.

Thanks my friend, Dale, gave me a ride from office in the morning.Back to 2007, I drove to work ,but since the gas price has rocket up to $4.7 dollar per gallon, I had to change my habbit, and my company has yellow bus pick up everyday, so, I have dicided save the energy.

Just yesterday, I read " USA Today" newspaper, it said American turn to be frugal, they knew save money now, and the small sedan this year predict will hit 3 million due to the oil price; the Toyota Corrolla has sold 300,000, but it wasn't say in how many years for that number, if that's only for 2007 that 's  a huge demand.In 2008, all auto makers will increase the small vehicle products as much as they can. It's that real" all American has turned their habbits to be frugal "already? I am doubt, I give you an example, just like Dale, the guy gave me a ride in the morning, he still drive a jeep to work.I had asked him how many miles per gallon on his car, he said it was 13. Oh, my godsh, I used to have a Lexus Es300 that's really nice car, it also was my  first car in States, it was 27 miles on freeway in perfect condition, if there's a little bit traffic or on local, it would drop to 21, or 17 miles per gallon, but it still did better job than the Jeep. He told me that his car has 190 horsepower, it's 1998 model;and  my was 216 HP and was made by 1993 . And also my old Lexus was much bigger, and longer than his  too, but he still keep that car. Do you know what? I have changed a different car since last Thanksgiving day, the ES300 was broken due to her senior age. I have a Corolla , 1995, so far, it's pretty cheap, the cost I mean. I got it only 25 hundreds, the fuel performance, I can tell you it's amazing up to 40 miles per gallon. Eventhough that's on traffic, I still get 30/34 mix with the freeway and local.

It's sounds like only Asain people know how to save money, actully,  some survey said it still has 37 percent American  doing what they use to, they still enjoy their  summer vocation and drive a big car.

I know there's a lot of people in china, they'd preffered big  Buick, Mercediez, BMW, they don't care the fuel, cost at all that's why so many American said " China is rich country do !"  I wish it's true.

Just did the final test half hour ago, which means that 2 month training class for me, before heading to Japan, had finished.Next week I need back to office. I want to say that's a pretty good time for me in school again, I got whole bunch of time to study, read the book, stayed away from TV, but after a half of term in school, as soon as I got  technical training certificate, I had good time on internet and track field, just like right now, I am going to run on track after I taking a break.

Its' a pretty relax in the school, depends on what's your attitude, if u take in serious, it can be intense busy, I was there, but I went throught it. I want to say it's the best  test  I did in past 3 years, working with whole bunch of  native speakers, couple of them were pretty dumb,the female instuctor was nice, the most important thing for me this time, I have found an international institue which has a branch at Yokosuka, I will be there talking to the representative about my next education goal and T.A financial issues, I hope I can keep it up, don't waste my time for next few years after work, it's the time suppose to make a higher rank and more credits from college, u see, I am really enjoy the school, I haven't been to my next place yet , but I had already thought  what I need to do. I hope I can keep it , and work on schedule.

I need  standby some presents for my friends at China;I need to talk with cell phone company about discontinue the contract, and also I want to watch a new movie, Mummy 3, maybe, if time is available at weekend.Woo, the time is tight, it's a lot of works for me before boarding , I need to hurry up.

There are a lot of people who have reconized that saving money in their account is important nowadays. But the interest on saving accounts is not all the same during the ecomonic enviorment. The rate was up to 6.7 %  in 2007, with the recession coming , the interest has been dropped to 2.0%, if you are lucky enough to have a sum of more than $40,000 , you will get the rate up to 3.4 %  in 2008, otherwise , people will be frustrated when they try to save.

Some people don't want to save money at all, they just want to live by paychecks.I have seen aso many junior sailors borrow money 4 or 5 days before pay day.For those younger sailors, they spend money on extra foods, shoes and gas, they never have an idea how to deal the money in a correct way. They always complain the pay is not enough for them to live. Actually, when we do the room inspection, we always see 6 or 7 pairs of shoes and boots owned by one person; people sit inside the car , talking on cell phones, and never turned off the engine; also , the other people doesn't like chow inside the galley, they get inside the restaurant or Pizza  Hut all the time, plus the gas cost that's why they can't save money. Please remember, our lives can not controled by money, we have to know how to deal with our finances in the right way.

We have been heard so many times" recession" on newspaper, TV,since beginning of 2008. House price are heading down, people are being laid-off, and the stock market is soft. Many people who have  lost their confidence in the U.S economic future for the next few years.

What we should do right now? If we continue keep money  wasting habbits like before, we will  be thrown into the financial trouble -hole again and again. No, we can not do that, we have to change ourselves. First of all, we need continue confidence in our  future, we should know it's not the first time recession has appeared. Back to 2001-2003, National Stock Market was dropped 20-41%, after a few years, during 2004-2007, the price went up an average of 26%; the same stock patten happened at 1996-1998 too. So, it's means the economy has developing a cycle, we could have solved the crises at 1997 and 2003, we still have the ability to face it again. Second, the bad economy is not a completely bad thing at all. It's a right time for the people who have confidence in our future to invest when the market price goes down, if we buy more stock shares, or a foreclosure house and keep doing it for couple more years until the economy is  blooming , we can be the big winner in our life.

Saving money is not the only method that lets you out of a financial-hole, if we take a serious attitute, have a goal in our lives, step by step , work towards it, we also will succeed. Continue keep it up, do what we have believed, if you feel that goal is too far away to reach, brake it in pieces; encourage ourselves, stand with the positive people , we will reach the end.
